African Violets: Gifts from Nature
The Series

My first two books are now out of print. Unfortunately, I have seen African Violets: Gifts from Nature being sold for ridiculously exorbitant prices. For those who do not have a copy and wish to wait, I will be re-publishing it as a series of three books. The cost of each of these books has yet to be determined. When the first in the series is completed it will be made available at www.authorhouse.com/bookstore. The material in The Series will be updated. As everyone is aware there is more than one way to produce gorgeous African violets. I am interested in including articles from other hobbyists so the books will present other grower’s points of view. Anyone wishing to have an article published in The Series can contact me for additional information at emelrobey@gmail.com.

Book One will be ready for publication as soon as the illustrations are completed. I anticipate it being published in late 2008. Books Two and Three are 75% complete and the second book hopefully will be available in late 2009. I have a new illustrator, Tish McFee, who is an excellent artist with university degrees in Agronomy and Art. I have included her link-Tish’s Studio-on my web site.
